You would never have appreciated where you were if you had not taken this journey. You survived and evolved, and you will do terrifically, as you have since Nashville. Congratulations!

Cajones, you've got em. You never cease to impress me.

You are a brave, brave woman.
My admiration for you only grows with time.
I discovered several years ago that if I wanted to write, I would have to make time... and that time is from 4-6 in the morning. I own the house from 4-6; everyone else is asleep and the phone is definitely not going to ring; no texts; nothing on TV I can't leave as background noise....
And at 6, I know i've put in a "day" (kind of) of writing and the rest of the day I can live guilt free.
Of course that means I go to bed by 9 and I suspect my family is having lots of fun without me.
But I am a writer... and writers write. But, dear Brit, you already know that.
Please come back to AC for a visit soon and let's get together.

Dude! I think you just sold out to the Man, but I couldn't be happier for you. Solid pay and good benefits bring some piece of mind which is definitely good for the soul. Btw, I heard a rumor that you're a silly pants, and I totally believe it!
